Two Bundesliga teams got off to a good start into the 2022-23 season by unveiling their new home kits over the past week.

Firstly, TSG 1899 Hoffenheim – who sat eighth in the Bundesliga on Monday – unveiled their new home kits, made by Joma, on Friday May 6, and wore them in their final home game of the 2021-22 season. against Bayer Leverkusen the following day.

The kits retain the traditional blue house of Hoffenheim motif, but the shirt is complemented by curved “ice blue” and white lines on the front. These lines “symbolize the typical hilly landscape of the Kraichgau”, according to club website. Kraichgau is the region in southwestern Germany where the club is based.

The crew neck and sleeve cuffs are white. The shorts are white with blue hems. The socks are royal blue, with a white stripe at the very top and a white Joma logo on the front.
