Manchester United midfielder Pogba scored one of the Euro 2020 goals for France against Switzerland.
Pogba recovered the ball from 25 yards and completed an astonishing effort into the skylight to give France a 3-1 lead.

However, the Swiss eventually reached the quarter-finals on penalties after a 3-3 draw.
Rangers forward Roofe also scored from the Europa League halfway line.
Roofe won the ball in his own half and beat three Standard de Liège players before putting in a sensational long-distance effort.

The European Championships also provided Lorenzo Insigne’s strike for Italy against Belgium.
