Defender Oguchi Onyewu was on AC Milan’s books for a few years but never made a league appearance.
Now things have changed and the Italian teams are looking to the United States for new talent, and this may be due to how much Weston McKennie was a success for Juventus. This season, American fans will be able to watch Serie A on CBS Sports and three clubs will host 4 American players.

Weston McKennie is back for his second full season at Juventus, McKennie was a home runner signing 34 games and scoring 5 goals. The American’s pace of work is what fans immediately embraced, but McKennie has dramatically improved his cast and box-to-box work. McKennie will see some significant playing time this season for Juventus and fans will be glued to their seats to watch one of the poster boys of this generation of USMNT players.
Bryan reynolds
The former FC Dallas right-back was sold to Roma last season and has appeared in 5 games. Look for him to continue his evolution in Roma. Reynolds could be loaned to another team for the team’s opening minutes. Bryan reynolds will have to make the most of the chances he gets.
Gianluca Busio
Gianluca Busio just won the 2021 Gold Cup with USMNT and was transferred to Serie A as he was on the radar of various teams. Venezia FC pulled the trigger and signed Busio at $ 6.5 million. Busio will certainly see some important minutes for Venezia.
Leatherworker Tessmann
Out of left field came the transfer of Leatherworker Tessmann to Venise ! Another FC Dallas product, Tessmann, will compete for a few minutes in midfield. Tessmann has only played 26 games in MLS and has 1 selection for the USMNT.
